·  Postcode

·  Qantas Frequent Flyer number

Collection of this information is necessary for us to provide you with Beach Passport services and enter you into the competition. You may choose not to provide this information, but this may affect our ability to provide you with full access to our services or enter you into the competition.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information internally to:

- Manage your Beach Passport account

- Communicate with you about Beach Passport services

- Analyse usage patterns to improve our service

- Comply with legal obligations

- Facilitate your entry into the competition and award Qantas Points 

Data Storage and Security

Your personal information is stored securely within Australia. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure, as required by the Privacy Act.

Overseas Disclosure

We do not disclose your personal information to overseas recipients.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law, or with your express consent or otherwise in accordance with our privacy policy. If you wish to enter the competition, we will share your name and Qantas Frequent Flyer number with Qantas.
